Here’s my favorite #HealthiestMealOfTheDay concoction: 
-1 packet of Shakeology (#vegan or regular packet)
-a spoonful of natural #PeanutButter
-1 to 1.5 cups of cold water
Blend until smooth.
That’s it! Best breakfast shake I drink before I head to work! #FueledByShakeology

I just finished working out for 90 minutes so I wouldn’t feel guilty about indulging this afternoon! That #homemade #ube ice cream was my favorite! :)

It’s #SundayShopping time for the week. 
Here’s a pic of my weekly necessities from #Publix: freshly baked & sliced #Multigrain bread from the bakery and freshly ground #PeanutButter from the deli (Ingredients: Roasted Peanuts. That’s it!)
A lot of my class participants ask what I eat before I teach a #HIIT class (like #TurboKick or #Insanity). I don’t have a diagnosed gluten allergy nor a peanut allergy so these ingredients are what I eat for energy. No fancy shakes or energy drink. I eat whole foods to fuel by body for my daily #exercise.
The bread is a good source of soluble carbs (in my HIIT classes you burn atleast 600+ calories, more than two slices of this bread) and a scoop of natural grounded peanut butter is an excellent source of protein and energy.
So what do you eat before you workout?

It’s #WorkoutWednesday!
So I didn’t want to get up this AM to teach my 615am class, but you know what? I got up and taught my weekly #Insanity class.
Do you know why? No, it’s not for the extra money (#CertifiedInstructor #GroupFitnessInstructors do not get paid that much). 
It’s because I love teaching my fitness classes. It’s because when I started taking group classes in college, I depended on my favorite fitness instructor to teach her weekly #CardioKickboxing class. Cameille pushed me during my #workout and now I love #fitness!
Last week, two of my class participants came up to me after class and they told me that my Wed class is their favorite! And my class is the only bootcamp-like class they love to take at the gym! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH PRESSURE THAT IS? 
Helping others in their fitness and wellness gets me up at 515am! I will help them #SweatOnceADay most definitely! :flex:
