#TastyTuesday It’s my last week on the #21DayFix and when I measured myself yesterday, I lost another pound and 3 inches off my chest, waist, and hip areas! Stay tuned for my final results next Monday!
So for today’s  #snack and #lunch, I brought to work some #lowfat cottage cheese (1 red), fresh pineapple I cut up on Sunday (1 purple), and an egg (2 hardboiled eggs=1 red) and mashed #avocado (half mashed=1 blue) sandwich (2 slices of whole grain bread =2 yellow + 2 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
These meals will help me power through my work afternoon. Then I will be working out tonight and preparing for my #Insanity class I will teach tomorrow AM! :flex:

Don’t forget your #dad today! 
I just got off the phone with mine and he had me laughing, like always! 
I thank God that my dad is a 10 year #cancer #survivor this year! This makes my own cancer research more meaningful each day I go into work.
I love my #daddy! I know in his eyes I will be always be his little girl, no matter how old I am today!

It’s #TastyThursday and tonight’s dinner utilized our leftovers this week! The leftover roasted chicken was sauteed with mushrooms and broccoli. The sweet potato mash was made of leftover roasted sweet potatoes and #organic coconut oil. 
With this meal I ate an extra Green container (veggies) and I still attained all my recommended #21DayFix containers for the day! Also, I did my assigned #PilatesFix workout for the day, plus the 10min Fix for #Abs! :flex:

#TastyTuesday Here is my #21DayFix lunch today:
- 2 Green: mostly kale & 4 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 Orange: My homemade dressing (freshly squeezed lemon juice, EVOO, Himalayan salt, and freshly ground pepper)
- 1/2 Blue: crumbled goat cheese
- 1 Red: boneless, skinless shredded chicken breast (my fiance roasted a whole chicken on Sunday)
A few hours ago before I will eat this #delicious meal, I ate 10 baby carrots as a snack! And after this lunch, I will eat my 2 Yellow containers of fresh cantaloupe and blueberries this afternoon! #yum
I’m telling you….this program is awesome! I’m never hungry because I eat regularly (every 2-3 hours) and my daily #nutrition is beautifully balanced! Also, I work out for 30 minutes a day so my daily #physicalactivity requirement is fulfilled! #SweatOnceADay
